Key Features;

• Advanced Content Filtering; ScanMail Suite also features content filtering security to block inbound and outbound email based on keywords, true file types, attachment names, file sizes, and other content security rules. Administrators can also construct Boolean and regular expressions for more advanced content filtering.
• Centralised deployment and administration; ScanMail now includes new true cluster API support, enabling centralised deployment to one or multiple Exchange servers or server clusters. The new version also provides integrated group configuration, replication, and centralised update deployment out of the box. Its Web-based management console with Active Directory integration enables centralised management of policy, quarantines, logging, and reporting across multiple servers.
• High performance antivirus security;  ScanMail combines pattern recognition, virus behavior, and rules-based technologies to identify and remove viruses, Trojans, worms, and other malicious code. It performs multi-threading and memory scanning to enhance email processing speed with minimal impact on mail servers. It also preserves system resources by employing IntelliScan to check inbound/outbound files and scan only potential virus carriers.
• Ant-spam and anti-phishing;  In addition to antivirus security, ScanMail Suite features anti-spam and anti-phishing security. It employs machine learning, pattern recognition, and heuristics to filter spam and phishing attacks with a high degree of confidence. It also uses signature files to block fraudulent emails related to phishing attacks, which are often difficult to identify. End-User Quarantine enables end users to inspect graymail, approve/reject senders, and manage their own approved sender list. When integrated with Trend Micro Spam Prevention Solution, the combined solutions enable seamless spam management from the messaging gateway to mail servers.
• SMTP Connector-level scanning; The new version scans inbound/outbound SMTP connector-level traffic for improved performance and efficiency. It blocks viruses, unwanted content, and spam* in real-time before they can enter the Exchange store. With connector-level scanning, it also protects intra-company communications that flow between Exchange bridgehead servers.
